Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and innrcirql (“innrcirql,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the innrcirql website, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
  • You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.

All accounts that wish to publish monetized adult content must complete our identity verification process (“KYC”), which includes submission of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, and a short liveness video. We retain these records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (see our 2257 Compliance Statement).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, including for chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.

3. User Roles

Fans are users who subscribe to, tip, or purchase content from Creators.

Creators are verified users who publish content, charge subscription fees, sell pay-per-view content, and receive payouts. Any verified user may become a Creator after completing KYC; there is no application process.

4. Content Rules

You may upload, post, and share content on the Platform only if you comply with these rules. You retain ownership of content you post (your “User Content”), but you grant innrcirql the license described in Section 7.

Permitted adult content: Consensual adult content depicting adults aged 18 or older is permitted, subject to these Terms.

Strictly prohibited content includes:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting or appearing to depict minors in a sexual context — reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement.
  • Non-consensual content, including “revenge porn,” hidden-camera recordings, and content of any person who has not given verifiable consent.
  • Content depicting rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, scat, urine, blood, or extreme violence.
  • Content involving trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
  • Content that infringes another person's intellectual property, right of publicity, or privacy.
  • Content that depicts or promotes illegal drug use or the sale of regulated substances.
  • Hate speech, threats, doxxing, or harassment.
  • Content featuring weapons, self-harm, or suicide.
  • Content that misrepresents identity, including deepfakes of real people without their consent.

Creators must have signed written consent and a copy of government-issued ID for every individual appearing in their content and must produce these records on request as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

5. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

Platform fee. innrcirql retains 10% of Creator earnings and distributes 90% to the Creator. We reserve the right to modify these percentages with 30 days' notice.

Payout cycle. Creators are paid on a rolling 7-day cycle through Stripe Connect, subject to Stripe's own terms and any reserve or hold periods Stripe may apply.

Taxes. Creators are independent contractors responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on their earnings. innrcirql will issue tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099-NEC for U.S. Creators earning $600+ per year) as required by law.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because innrcirql provides digital content and experiences that are delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to every transaction on the platform, including but not limited to: subscriptions (one-time or recurring), subscription bundles (multi-month), tips, pay-per-view posts, pay-per-view messages, paid live shows, private booked sessions, boost campaigns, and any other paid feature. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content/services and expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Subscription renewals. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund any past payments. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

No chargebacks. You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, credit-card reversals, or other payment-processor complaints for any transaction on innrcirql. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact [email protected] first — we will investigate in good faith and, in rare cases involving verified fraud or Creator breach, may issue a goodwill refund at our sole discretion.

Consequences of chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal, we reserve the right to (a) immediately and permanently suspend or ban your account; (b) revoke access to any subscriptions, purchased content, and messages; (c) pursue the disputed amount plus any fees and reasonable costs (including attorney fees) via collections or legal action; (d) report the chargeback to payment processors and industry fraud databases; and (e) cooperate with the Creator affected, at their request, in any civil action to recover the disputed amount. Chargebacks for content you received do not return the content — once a chargeback is filed, you lose access regardless of outcome, and the Creator is still harmed.

Tips and pay-per-view. Tips and pay-per-view purchases are one-time, non-refundable transactions, delivered immediately, and do not grant ongoing access rights beyond the specific content or message purchased.

Content access after cancellation or deletion. Access to a Creator's subscriber-only content ends when your subscription ends. If a Creator removes a post, leaves the platform, or is banned, you lose access to their content and no refund is owed — you paid for access during your active subscription period, not for perpetual access to any specific piece of content.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the price in effect at the time of renewal. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you retain access until that date. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

7. Your Content License to innrcirql

You retain all ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant innrcirql a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, transcode, watermark (including forensic watermarking), deliver, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform and delivering it to your intended audience. This license terminates when you or we delete the content, except that we may retain copies for legal, compliance, and backup purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that posting it does not violate any third-party right or applicable law.

8. Content Protection and Prohibited Actions

Do not do any of the following:

  • Download, screen-record, screenshot, or redistribute Creator content without their express permission.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with DRM, watermarking, or other content protection.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform except as expressly permitted.
  • Create accounts by automated means or impersonate another person.
  • Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or phishing.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Platform.

Violators may face account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and civil/criminal liability. Creator content is protected by DRM, forensic watermarking tied to your viewer ID, and signed time-limited URLs; unauthorized redistribution can be traced back to the originating account.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by innrcirql and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform itself.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends and any unpaid Creator earnings may be forfeited if termination results from your violation. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNRCIRQL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO INNRCIRQL IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless innrcirql and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party right.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an action in small claims court. You and innrcirql each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be held in Wilmington, Delaware, unless you request remote proceedings.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
