innrcirql respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., direct URL to the post, message, or profile).
- Your contact information — full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Designated DMCA Agent
Send all DMCA notices to:

Only DMCA-related correspondence should be sent to this address. Other requests will be deprioritized.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a written counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which innrcirql may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant or their agent.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Every DMCA strike is logged and contributes to this determination.
5. Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Do not file a false claim.
