Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your upload, generation, and distribution of content on innrcirql (“Platform”). It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every user who uploads content as a Creator, including content produced through live streaming, image upload, video upload, audio upload, and any other content-generation feature now or later offered by the Platform.

You agree to this Agreement when you check the “I agree to the Content Provider Agreement” box at creator signup (or any equivalent acceptance flow we present). Your acceptance, IP address, user agent, and timestamp are stored as proof of agreement.

1. Definitions

You / Content Provider — the Creator who uploads, generates, or distributes content on the Platform.
Content — any image, video, audio, livestream, message attachment, or other media you make available on the Platform.
Depicted Person — any individual visible, identifiable, or otherwise depicted (in voice, body, or likeness) in Content, including you.
Standards — the prohibited-content rules in Section 3 of this Agreement, our Terms of Service §4, our 2257 Compliance Statement, our Complaints Policy, and any other published Platform policy.

2. Prohibited Activity

You agree not to upload, generate, stream, distribute, or otherwise make available any Content that is illegal, that violates our Standards, or that infringes any third-party right. Without limiting the foregoing, the following Content is strictly prohibited:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting or appearing to depict a minor in a sexual context. Such material will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
Non-consensual content of any kind, including “revenge porn,” hidden-camera recordings, content of any person who has not given verifiable consent, and content where consent has been withdrawn.
Content depicting trafficking, coercion, exploitation, rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, scat, urine, blood, or extreme violence.
Content that infringes another person's intellectual property, right of publicity, or privacy.
Content depicting or promoting illegal drug use or the sale of regulated substances.
Hate speech, threats, doxxing, or harassment.
Content featuring weapons, self-harm, or suicide.
Content that misrepresents identity, including deepfakes of real people without their consent.

You agree that any activity prohibited by applicable law — regardless of whether it is enumerated above — is also prohibited under this Agreement.

3. Written Consent From Every Depicted Person (Documented Consent)

Before you upload, stream, or otherwise make available any Content that depicts a person other than yourself, and on a continuing basis for every Content item you publish, you must:

Obtain written consent from each Depicted Person covering each of the following separately:
- Consent to be depicted in the Content (consent to the recording or creation itself).
- Consent to public distribution, including consent to upload the Content to innrcirql and to allow innrcirql to publicly display, transmit, and deliver the Content to subscribers and other authorized viewers.
- Consent to download, if the Content will be available for download by other users on the Platform. (Subscription and pay-per-view Content on innrcirql is normally delivered via DRM-protected, signed-URL streaming and is not downloadable; if you enable a download option, you must obtain this consent.)
Keep the signed consent on file for at least seven (7) years following the last date the Content is made available on the Platform, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and our 2257 Compliance Statement.
Produce the signed consent — together with the government-issued identification described in Section 4 — within five (5) business days of any request by innrcirql or by a competent authority.

You may use innrcirql's in-platform release tool at /creator/release-requests to request and store electronic signatures from co-performers; signed releases stored there satisfy the recordkeeping obligation above.

4. Identity and Age Verification of Every Depicted Person

For every Depicted Person (including yourself), you must:

Verify the identity of the person before publishing any Content featuring them, by inspecting an unexpired, government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, national ID, or state ID).
Verify the age of the person from that document and confirm that they are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
Retain a copy of the identification document, the Depicted Person's legal name, date of birth, and the date of the Content's creation, for at least seven (7) years following the last date the Content is made available on the Platform.
Produce these records upon request by innrcirql or by law enforcement, within five (5) business days.

Your own identity and age are verified by innrcirql at creator signup through our manual KYC process, which requires a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, and a short liveness video. Only users who complete KYC are permitted to publicly post Content.

5. Consent to Platform Use of Your Image and Likeness

Separately and in addition to your other obligations under this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that your images, video, audio, name, handle, and likeness will be used and displayed publicly on innrcirql in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform — including in feed surfaces, discovery surfaces, profile pages, search results, share previews (Open Graph and Twitter Card images), email digests, and social media excerpts. You grant innrcirql the license described in Section 7 of the Terms of Service for this purpose. You may revoke this license going forward by deleting your account; existing copies in backups, legal records, and third-party caches may persist as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Representations and Warranties

By uploading, generating, or streaming Content, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age and have completed innrcirql's KYC process.
You own or otherwise control all rights necessary to upload the Content and to grant the licenses contained in this Agreement and in the Terms of Service.
You have complied with Sections 3 and 4 of this Agreement with respect to every Depicted Person.
The Content does not violate the Standards, applicable law, or any third-party right.

7. Audit and Enforcement

innrcirql may, at any time and without prior notice, audit Content, request the records described in Sections 3 and 4, and remove, de-monetize, or restrict any Content we reasonably believe violates this Agreement. We may suspend or terminate the account of any Content Provider who fails to produce required records, who breaches this Agreement, or whose Content is the subject of credible non-consent or identity-related complaints.

Removal requests by Depicted Persons are handled under our Appeals & Content Removal Policy.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless innrcirql and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) any Content you upload, or (c) any failure to obtain or retain the consents and identification records required by Sections 3 and 4.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you have any active account on the Platform and survives termination for so long as any Content you uploaded remains on the Platform or in our backups.

This Agreement is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it for any specific situation. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected by this Agreement.
