18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Last updated: April 13, 2026

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on the innrcirql Platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depictions were created.

Records Held by Content Producers

The operators of this Platform are not the “primary producer” or “secondary producer” (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) of any of the visual content contained on the Platform. The original records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are kept by the respective content producers who upload their content to innrcirql.

Each Creator has certified, as a condition of using the Platform, that they maintain the required records for all performers depicted in their uploaded content and will produce those records upon lawful request.

Records Held by innrcirql

innrcirql, as the Platform operator, maintains identity verification records for every Creator account, including:

  • Government-issued photo identification.
  • A photograph of the Creator holding their identification.
  • A short liveness video recording.
  • Legal name, date of birth, and address at the time of submission.

These records are retained indefinitely and for at least seven (7) years following the date of last activity, in accordance with applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Custodian of Records

The Custodian of Records for innrcirql may be contacted at:

A physical mailing address for the Custodian of Records is available upon lawful written request.

User-Generated Content Safe Harbor

innrcirql operates as a platform for user-generated content within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 230 and is entitled to the protections thereof. innrcirql does not create, produce, or direct the content uploaded by its Creators and is not itself a “producer” under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4).

Documented Consent

Each Creator agrees, as a condition of using the Platform, that they have clear, unambiguous, signed written consent (commonly called a Model Release or Content Star Release) from every individual depicted in any content they upload. Creators must retain those releases and produce them to innrcirql within seven (7) calendar days of a written request from us, our acquiring bank, or any card network.

Where content depicts a person other than the Creator themselves, innrcirql also requires that person to register an innrcirql account, complete identity verification, and electronically counter-sign the per-content release through our in-platform Release Request flow before the content can be published. See our Appeals & Removal Policy for how a depicted person can withdraw that consent.

Content Pre-Screening & Monitoring

innrcirql applies the following measures to detect non-compliant material:

  • Pre-publication review. All uploaded content is processed through automated checks (CSAM hash matching, content-policy classification, and metadata sanitization) before it becomes visible on the Platform.
  • Creator attestation. Every published post requires the Creator to attest, at the time of publication, that they have valid signed releases on file for every individual depicted and that the content complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and our Terms of Service. The attestation is timestamped and stored alongside the post.
  • Live-stream monitoring. Live broadcasts are monitored in real time. Our Trust & Safety team can terminate a stream immediately and remove the broadcaster from the Platform on suspicion of non-compliant content; the underlying stream is preserved for investigation.
  • User reporting. Every post, message, and profile has a Report action that routes to a queue reviewed by the Trust & Safety team. Reports involving suspected illegality, non-consent, or minors are prioritized for same-business-day review.
  • Repeat-violator policy. Creators with multiple confirmed violations are terminated and added to a deny-list that prevents re-registration with the same identity documents.

Complaints, Appeals & Removal

Detailed processes for filing complaints and requesting removal of content are published in separate policies:

Reporting Concerns

If you believe any content on the Platform depicts a minor, or that a performer did not consent to the content, report it immediately to [email protected]. We investigate all such reports promptly and report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
